50+ Basketball sessions are for anyone aged over 50 whether they have played basketball before or not. All sessions are taylored to suit the people taking part, whether that be court size or speed of the game.
Some sessions can be take the shape of "Walking Basketball" which is ideal for people who can unable to run/jog due to injury or fitness but able to get around the court at a walking pace. Don't be fooled though just because it's at a walking pace doesn't mean you won't work up a sweat which is why we factor in plenty of breaks, which is always a good exscuse to have a chat!
